Shipping Policy

• All orders placed after 6:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch on the next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.
• Any order placed after 6:00 pm on Saturday or government holiday will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or the next working day due to the non-availability of courier service.
• For orders placed during festival months, holidays & weekends(i.e Saturday & Sunday), there might be a delay in delivery due to stock shortage and overloaded shipments.
• While placing an order your shipping details should be correct, as any delay in delivery due to wrong shipping details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.
• Shipping charges will be applicable as per your location and Pincode, there are no fix shipping charges it may differ as per the address.

Same Day Delivery Policy

• Orders should be placed before 6:00 pm.
• Orders will be delivered before 9:00 pm (subject to product availability).
• Applicable for proper Surat City only (doesn’t include outer area like Althan, Parvat Patiya, Magob Road, Chapra Bhata, Hazira & Variav).

Delivery Timelines

• Gujarat – Order Day + 1 to 2 working days.
• Rest of India – Order Day + 4 to 5 working days.
